My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were spacious and beautifully clean, but housekeeping missed our room in the late afternoon which was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly and accommodating, although we had a challenging experience being stuck in the elevator with unhelpful staff. The location was perfect for our needs, although I realized it was a bit far from downtown than I anticipated. The dining experience was very nice with hot and tasty food. The facilities were adequate and enjoyable with some room for improvement.
The hotel room was comfortable and quiet, although it had a noticeable cigarette smell and wasn't ready at check-in time. The service was friendly and helpful, with good drink recommendations. The location, despite some construction nearby, was suitable for attending a concert. The dining experience was delightful, with extremely tasty food and shuttle service availability.
The hotel offers big and spacious rooms that are very nice, yet lacking a channel guide for the TV and information on the hotel's restaurants. The service is amazing, with the friendliest staff encountered in Wisconsin. The location is pretty good, situated near Milwaukee U Campus area, downtown, and by the expressway, with easy access to the concert hall. Dining in the Cafe is a treat with delicious options. The hotel has excellent facilities.
